If you’ve ever read any articles about focus, distraction, productivity, goal-setting and other similar (and unsexy!) topics, you’ve come across the concept of journaling to help you accomplish more of whatever you want to accomplish. Gurls, it is time to pick up a purple pen and start making some progress with your womanly ways through a feminization journal. And the fun part is, you can do it any way you want to – woman’s prerogative!
What To Write In Your Feminization Journal
The hardest part of journaling is figuring out what to write about whenever you sit down to put pen and paper. Of course, already having your focus set as feminization helps in terms of a general direction. I suggest approaching it like this: give priority to the present if anything cropped up that day. If nothing comes to mind, then your ambitions for the future and your memories of the past are usually rife with material.
Feminization Journal Prompts
One of the most really popular ways to journal these days is to have “prompts”. Most are pretty lame, like “What’s been on your mind all day” written at the top of every page, but that just won’t do for girly-you! Here are a few prompts to help you on the days you’re stuck, though obviously not all of them apply to all of you:
- Everyone asks about the first time you dressed in girls’ clothing. What about the second?
- The challenges shaving/grooming to a female standard
- The last time you were almost found out
- Why you do/don’t think about men when dressed up
- Improving your ability to walk in 4″ heels
- Why your do/don’t think about sex when dressed en femme
- Attempts to practice cocksucking before taking The Big Step
- Women in your life that might accept this side of you
- How passable you think you are on your best day
- The first/last time you purged your feminine wardrobe
- Least favorite style of panties
- Why you want a mistress to guide you
- Does stress drive me to dress up?
- If so, is it a certain kind of stress?
- Picking a feminine name
- The first time you were caught
- How you feel in a garter belt and stockings
- Experiments in removing humiliating body hair
- Has crossdressing/sissifying been a ‘gateway drug’ to other kinks?
- Why do/don’t I masturbate while dressed?
My Femme Journey Printable PDF in the Assignment Store!
I figured that the best way to get you gurls started on this habit would be to design the PERFECT feminization journal for you that you could get your hands on immediately. And so I created the Femme Journey printable journal, which includes a cover page and 10 pages with different girly images (nail polishes, panties, corset, lipsticks, etc) to either rotate through or print a whole bunch of your favorite one.
I took care of some good practical details as well. I left a little extra room on the left margin so you can use a hole punch and keep them all together in a prong folder or binder. There are some femme and non-femme mood trackers and a short basic feminization daily checklist at the top of every page. So when you’re leafing through at future dates, you can easily spot your ‘good’ and ‘bad’ days. And the launch price is just $10 (going up to $13), so why hesitate?
If you’d prefer something bound, I recommend this simple lined journal-style notebook. I do believe in putting pen to paper for this exercise to have the greatest impact, but if that’s just not your style for whatever reason, head on over to Enchantrix Empire, our kinky social media platform, and set up a diary there. See? Plenty of options to keep you from postponing the start of your healthy new girly habit!
Sissy, Crossdresser, Trans, Pantyboy — How Journaling Can Help YOU
Keeping a diary is great for your sense of well-being. In my case, I use it as a “brain dump”. It’s where I put all my ideas, good and bad, so that I can clear my mind for other things without losing track of good drops of inspiration. You can use it similarly – this could be your “girly dump”, where you jot down all your random sissy/femme thoughts throughout the day. Then it’s just a matter of expanding on them in the evening. There are plenty of other ways and reasons to use a journal, but I’m keeping it pretty simple just to get you started 🙂
You know I’m right about all this deep down in your feminine soul, so don’t put off making this new habit happen!
