The point is to get you to do things ‘on automatic’ and reduce all the dithering over what you need to do, what you should do next, stuff like that. Take away the need to consciously make those micro-decisions, and you’ll get more done.

 

How to Make Your Morning Routine KINKY

Look at your existing morning routine: alarm goes off, scroll your phone for 10 minutes, shave, take shower, get dressed, make coffee, eat breakfast, brush teeth. You’ve been doing it like this for years, you don’t even have to think about it – you’re half-asleep for most of it anyway. Let’s say you’re into tease and denial, maybe with a little naughty CBT thrown in for some variety.   1. Scroll your phone for 10 minutes while holding a pillow between your thighs.
